This unique model features our copyrighted outline of the magnificent Mount Ararat and is carved from one piece of walnut wood and features hornbeam wood incrustation. Combination of complex elements and unique braid patterns covers the entire surface of the backgammon. A dance scene from Yarhushta, a victory dance of the Armenian warriors from Sassoun, is engraved on one side of the backgammon. Armenian war dances express the heroic spirit and indomitable will of the Armenian people. The moves of this clup-dance seem to replace weapons and mimic their impact and the sounds of collision in their own way. The reverse side of the backgammon is designed for playing checkers, which is engraved with a wicker ornament.

This model is completely handcrafted. The surface is treated with natural beeswax. The hinges and locks are made of cast bronze. The entire playing field is hand carved out of one piece of wood.
